Q: How many bloggers does it take to change a light bulb?
A: None. Why bother? The screen gives off enough light while we're typing.

On the bright side (no pun intended), this may lower my electric bill.
And I'm going to pretend I look attractive and exotic while I'm squinting.

Perfect. It's also a great diet because you're too busy typing to eat. Unfortunately, it's not good for cardio!
and in fact I discovered the IBM laptop I have from work has a little light in the edge of the screen which seems cool but a bit redundant as you point out the screen gives off plenty of light.
