Music to accompany the sensation of having one's heart ripped out and shredded

This is a good piece of music to listen to after you have been emotionally devastated. I have the CD in my car right now and was listening to it over and over today, full blast, while driving along the back roads at sunset. Very powerful stuff. At one point I drove by a bunch of Amish people working in their yard. As I drove by, they all looked up. I wonder if they heard the music. And, if so, I wonder what they thought.
