I got some Nutri-grain bars, thinking they'd be a convenient source of dietary fiber.
Because, as we all know, I am now ancient enough to be concerned about that sort of thing.
Imagine my surprise when I looked at the nutrition information on the side of the box... instead of a whopping fiberrific punch, each serving contains "Less than one gram" of dietary fiber.
Wow! I feel cheated somehow... the word "grain" in the product's name led me to believe that it was super healthy with tons of fibery goodness.
Well, at least they taste good.
That should've been my first clue, huh? :)

Yeah... you put nutri and grain in the same name.. you'd think there'd be fiber.
