Manic Monday: Marble

I like New Age music.
Especially Enya.
Since today's Manic Monday theme is "Marble," I thought of Enya's song "Marble Halls."
Even though I'm generally not into songs that talk about romance and relationships, this is a good song because it paints a nice picture of castle life, with vassals, serfs, and "knights upon bended knee".
Enya does a good job as usual.
.
Also, I thought of a beautiful stone called "Picasso Marble" (also called Picasso Jasper).
I've always wanted a sphere of this stone.
Here are some beautiful examples of such spheres:Each pattern is a unique combination of grays, black, and orange. The black veins often resemble tree branches against a darkening sky.
I think it's really beautiful.

Enya is a unique and beautiful voice. The marbles look as if they are searching for a hand to caress them.

I like Enya in small doses.. after a while all her songs sound the same to me.
You have a lovely sodalite sphere that someone who shall remain nameless (ME!) gave you for your birthday!
It's marbelled with lots of veining, too!
